1. The product housing is die-cast from aluminum alloy, with a surface treated by shot blasting followed by high-pressure electrostatic powder coating for corrosion resistance and aging resistance. The transparent components are made of physically toughened glass, offering high light transmittance and UV resistance. Exposed fasteners are stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance. High-temperature silicone rubber seals are used at joints, providing IP66 protection for indoor and outdoor use. Internal dedicated terminal blocks ensure reliable wiring connections and facilitate maintenance.
2. Utilizes natural convection cooling technology, leveraging airflow through dedicated heat dissipation channels to effectively expel heat from the luminaire, ensuring long-term operational reliability.
3. Independent surge protection within the power module effectively filters voltage fluctuations caused by large equipment, preventing damage to the luminaire. Custom constant-current waterproof power supply with wide voltage input and constant power output, featuring short-circuit and high-temperature protection; power factor cosΦ=0.95;
4. Light source modules utilize internationally renowned brand chips with optimized layout for unidirectional light emission, delivering uniform, soft illumination with luminous efficacy ≥120lm/W and high color rendering index Ra>70.
5. This series can be equipped with a combined emergency device that automatically switches to emergency lighting mode during power outages. Emergency parameters:
a) Emergency start-up time (s): ≤0.3s;
b) Charging time (h): 24;
c) Emergency power (W): ≤50;
d) Emergency lighting duration (min): ≥60, ≥90.
